1. RATE BASICS

.   The rates are in US Dollar unless otherwise stated.

.   The rates are NET RATES – NON COMMISSIONABLE and inclusive of government taxes and     service charge

.   Accommodation is based on twin sharing with breakfast only, except when the guest stay at     hotel grade A in REP: dinner at the hotel is included in the price.

.   The rates in column 1 (1 pax) are based in single room accommodation.

.   The rates include all transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles.

.   The rates include private English, French, Japanese or Thai speaking station guide.

.   The rates include boat fees as scheduled in the programme.

.   Picnic lunch is included in certain programmes where regular restaurant is not available, as     mentioned in the programme.

.   For a group of 15 paying pax, 1 Tour Leader will be F.O.C. on sharing twin room basis.

2. CHILD POLICY

.   Infant: charge 10 % of package cost.

.   Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults without extra bed: charge 70 % of     package cost

.   Child under 12 years old sharing room with two adults with extra bed: charge 80 % of package     cost

.   Child under 12 years old and 1 other child sharing room with two adults without extra bed:     charge 50% of package cost.

.   Child under 12 years old and 1 other child sharing room with two adults with extra bed: charge      70% of package cost

.   Child under 12 years old sharing room with one adult: charge 90 % of package cost.
